An existing garden area to the rear of the property was cleared of an existing shed. We then lowered the area by excavating and removing approx. 100 tons of earth. A new boundary fence was fitted to the rear of the garden. Excavation then took place to form a pond which was then lined with a butyl liner and rocks which had been found whilst excavating were added to create a natural looking pond. Paving slabs on site were re-used to create a small patio next to the clients office at the end of the garden. A new pathway from the house to the office and another patio were layed using new sandstone paving slabs. Two concrete hard standings were then formed to house a new garden shed and a garden pod. The rest of the garden then took shape in the form of planting areas and lawn areas. These were created using soil on site. The lawn was prepared and turf layed and the borders were created using a mixture of shrubs and herbaceous plants
