A new build house with a sloping lawn to the rear. We stripped off and regraded the area then excavated and layed concrete footings for a block wall. This was then faced with sand stone to create a raised bed to the side of the garden. In the centre we built a circular raised oak timber bed and running from this two circular lawn areas edged with aluminium edging. The pathways were surfaced using asphalt and surface dressed using decorative aggregate. An oak arbor was constructed on site ready to be planted with climbers. The existing patio was extended using new paving to match the existing and retained with a new dry stone wall. To finish off a trellis was fitted against the house wall as an additional feature.
